We like March, his shoes are purple
He is new and high;
Makes he mud for dog and peddler,
Makes he forest dry.

  1. I've just got my peppers started. I'm growing three varieties this year: Ancho magnifico, California wonder bell, and Peguis (large jalapeno new for me). They take SOOOO long to germinate, and then they take forever to get their grownup leaves, so they get started first.

    I'll start four varieties of tomatoes around April 1: Stupice (which I still love from Abundant Life and is always the first one ripe), Roma, Sungold cherry, and Brandywine (YUM). Oh yeah, and tomatillos.

    Then a whole bunch of other stuff - EEEK! Where's it all going to go?

    BTW, I can't put the tender stuff in the ground until June 1 around here.
