midwest sky,the swimming hole and state fair
The week in Cuba was very busy and hot.... beautiful summer weather...did some land clearing near the swimming pond and woods on the property. Went to the state fair and ate delicious meals prepared from fresh produce puchased at the farms and market stands.... enjoy the pictures....

my trip to cuba.... cuba, illinois....
pictures of my visit to Cuba, Illinois.... hot days there ... 102 degrees... evening created some of the best sunsets and then cooled down and produced some foggy mornings...these pictures of the garden vistas with fog flowers and sunsets... I love the countryside here...

sunflowers and finches
here are some pictures of the sunflower on our deck ...with the chirpy finch feeding on this ...can you see him...there are a couple of finches here now ... they are so yellow and bright and chirpy
